Bryce Barnes may not have been a star, but he was a near-perfect pickup on the grad transfer market for Dane Fischer. Barnes’ grad senior year was about as good as anyone could expect it to be.
If her sophomore season was any indication, look out, CAA. You’ve got a new superstar on your hands.
Though inconsistent at times, Van Vliet contributed significantly in his single year in Williamsburg, making up one half of the best frontcourt in the conference.
